This Japanese-style platform bed is built using interlocking pieces and requires no brackets or screws for easy assembly. The platform bed frame is made of natural beech wood. Tatami bed includes a set of wooden slats, 1 3/4" thick, with about 2" space between each slat. For best results, use a Tatami mat or plywood over slats.
